INFINITI Of Melbourne - Service Center

Have a 2001 Infiniti Q45 122k miles family owned since new. Still a nice car wanted to keep it for extra car. Did have a oil leak and some other issues. Marty worked with me and got all the leaks and engi new. Still a nice car wanted to keep it for extra car. Did have a oil leak and some other issues. Marty worked with me and got all the leaks and engine problems fixed and within the budget i set to spend. What i liked about Marty and the service department was when i approved a certain job if the next repair was in the same area, they would work with me on the labor rate because they were already working in that area of the motor. You cannot do better than that. They got the parts and repairs done in a timely manner and when promised. Also had driver bring me home to Titusville and pick me up when car was ready. What a great thing to have so i did not have to bother getting rides from Melbourne. I did not get everything done that was reported to be needed but i do plan on getting more items done in the future. And i will call Marty when ready he made everything to do with service on my vehicle better than i usually have at other dealers i have been to. This same vehicle was in a Nissan dealer for over a month and still was not right when i got it back. should have gone to Infiniti of Melbourne first. More
