Best dealership I've ever been too! I brought my wife's vehicle in for her first service after we purchased it. I was greeted by the General Manager, Brian, who opened the front door for I brought my wife's vehicle in for her first service after we purchased it. I was greeted by the General Manager, Brian, who opened the front door for me. We walked me to the service department and introduced me to service advisor, Sue. She explained to me what they would be doing and how long it would possibly take. As I was waiting for it to be completed, the Parts Manager, Luke, introduced himself and asked if I had noticed the small scuff on the bumper of my vehicle and if I ever wanted any touch-up paint, that it was something they had readily available at any time. I said it would be a great idea to have some "just in case", so I purchased it. He offered me a drink as I continued to wait for my vehicle. Once completed, Shannon mentioned to me that there would be no charge on this service, since it was my first one. I was amazed and expected a pricey bill at the end, but instead was delivered a perfect vehicle, freshly washed and vacuumed! I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. Although the dealership seemed very busy, everyone made me feel like I was the only one there! BRAVO!!! More
