This dealership did not honor the sales agreement I had made with the previous owne in 2024. I purchased the car 1 day after they took over. Has left a bad taste in my mouth. This oil change experience I asked for my car not to be washed as I only use touchless. They washed it. Gave instructuons on returning the car. They did not follow. So they continue to operate at a sub par level for a luxury brand. Plus booking the service took over a week to get an appointment because their system was down. More
