My appointment for regular maintenance on my vehicle that I had scheduled ahead of time was at 7:15a. I did not get checked in until 7:45a. This was on 9-11-26. it was close to 10a before my car was done. I had scheduled ahead of time was at 7:15a. I did not get checked in until 7:45a. This was on 9-11-26. it was close to 10a before my car was done. There was one person who was running around appearing to do everything. Unprofessional. It was complete disorganization and chaos. Not a good experience. When you think of Infiniti you think of “luxury” and you certainly pay for it. I did not have a luxury experience or feeling at all. More
