I cant speak for the dealership itself, because I purchased my infinity out of state. but be aware if you buy any infinity car because your service will be the worse you will ever have. The communication is terrible, they make it look good when you first drop off your car for service, but they don't return your calls in timely manner, and they completely ignore your concerns, I can with certainty say they are dishonest and their service is mediocre for a luxury brand. I cant go into details but I had to file a case with infinity. Believe all the reviews on google before you buy. I'm ready to get ride of my paid off infinity just so I don't have to deal with them. it has been a nightmare. More

Very cooperate feeling. I went in for something and was told they couldn’t find the issue after keeping my car for days and they wanted payment. I throughly enjoyed infinity of Omaha before they were bought out. They no longer supply loaner cars and will not answer the phone. Very disappointing in how the buy out effected this dealership. I was interested in purchasing a car after my warranty was up in my current car but I no longer have any interest in giving this place buisness of any kind. I also did not like the repetitive explanations and the comment “well your warranty is almost up anyway so you can skip it for now and just do a trade in”. Implying that I should leave issues unattended for the next person. WOW More

They promised a loaner and then had to reschedule my appointment because of their policy and poor management of outstanding loaners.
