This dealer has very bad customer service. On the point of miss representation. We purchased a 60k mile maintenance program. At 24k mile oil change. We are told the program was canceled. We've purchased out last four Infiniti's from Cindy. I honestly can't imagine purchasing a car from anyone else. She has taken such good care of both of us! It isn't as convenient as some other deal I honestly can't imagine purchasing a car from anyone else. She has taken such good care of both of us! It isn't as convenient as some other dealerships but so worth it to know you can trust them to always treat you right whether you have service work scheduled or just drop in to have your car washed. Shannon greeted me the minute I walked into the service area. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We went over what I wanted to have done and she said they would get started right away. There were a couple of things the service technician found that would need to be taken care of at some point. I decided to wait till next time. Shannon asked if I would like to have my car washed and I said absolutely I mentioned how the inside windshield was streaked as I couldn’t reach to get it cleaned. When I went to leave I noticed not only did she have the car washed but she cleaned the inside windshield. Everything about my service that day was way above what I’ve experienced at other dealerships! More

I brought my car in for a routine oil change about two weeks ago. When I discussed the reason for my visit upon entering the garage, I explained that in addition to the oil change, I was hoping someone co weeks ago. When I discussed the reason for my visit upon entering the garage, I explained that in addition to the oil change, I was hoping someone could help explain why my remote start isn't working. When I was alerted to my car being "ready", I was given a report about the oil change, but nothing about the remote start. I asked, "Great, so were you also able to figure out why the remote start isn't working?" The person stared blankly at me and said she didn't know anything about that. I explained that I asked specifically about that when dropping off the car less than an hour before. I was told that I would need to bring the car back for another appointment to address that. So I left and made a subsequent appointment for two weeks later - which was Monday of this week. When bringing the car back in for the remote starter service appointment, I was told that they were "unsure" why this was labeled an "express appointment" when an issue like this would not be under that category. I found this comment to be irrelevant to discuss with me. I explained when booking the appointment what issue I was trying to resolve, so this seems like an internal matter. I was escorted into the waiting area where I proceeded to wait for 20-30 min before being notified that my car was "ready". Upon my entrance into the garage, I was told that I just wasn't pushing the buttons correctly to engage the remote start. I have to push the lock button and then HOLD remote start to get the car to start. While this is in no way intuitive and no one bothered explaining this button configuration before, I was more disappointed in the fact that I had to bring my car BACK two weeks after the vehicle was IN for service to have someone even look into this issue. A waste of time, gas and energy which left me feeling annoyed in the customer service for a vehicle I've had less than 10 months. Not impressed. More

Terrible customer communication from the service department. We’ve been in the Infiniti family for over 10 years. Things are getting worse with how customers are being treated.
