This time we met with Andrew Wilson, as well as other people along the way: Maria, Chad, Brandon, and a traveling finance person (sorry-his name escapes me at the moment). All were part of the "team" that walked us through everything, and led to the purchase of our vehicle. Andrew has been our primary contact for this purchase. He knows everything about the features in this vehicle (Q-70) and demonstrated several 2 or 3 times until I "got it"! We left knowing we had purchased the vehicle we really wanted. When we returned days later to have tinting/Dura Shield done, Andrew had been watching for me. He had the loaner car and paperwork done so I could get on my way quickly. I returned a few hrs later, and Andrew was at the door with my key and came out with me to look over the work that had been done to assure everything was satisfactory. It was! The whole experience was exciting as I drove away in my brand new Infinity! More

She took the time to explain all of the gadgets on the new SUV. Now that was a difficult task considering our lack of knowledge on all the new technology. We also worked with Maria on the financing. She explained in a way we could understand, all of the charges and worked with us on the extended warrantee and maintenance package. The car was exactly what we were looking for and we have another BMW and love them. The warranty they come with is outstanding! We worked with Amanda and she was terrific. But once we got to the finance and paper work part of the deal, everything went down hill. When we were dealing we were very clear that we wanted the lowest loan rate possible and knowing that going into this my husband and I both have outstanding credit scores. When we went to sign papers, Drew presented us with our loan which was at a high interest rate. We questioned what banks or other financial institutions he looked at and he couldn't tell us. He said the only way we could get a lower interest rate would be to buy one of their maintenance programs. We explained we didn't want that because it wasn't necessary because we are familiar with BMWs warranty. Drew began to argue with us about the coverage. We were frustrated and after having sat there for three and a half hours we just wanted to get out of there. We decided to sign and go refinance with our bank. I did find out that after speaking with Maria that Drew is no longer there and the day we were there was his last day. It was very clear that he didn't care. Maria was suppose to be working something out like free oil changes to compensate us. She called me once and left a message, I returned the call and left a message. We have never heard back from them. More

Pleased I am ecstatic I went through Infiniti of Omaha to find my New Used SUV. The process of buying was fairly quick, and there wasn't much wait time. I even got to take the car home with Tags on it on a Friday, and come back Monday to fully go through the purchasing deal. My Saleswoman Amanda Harrison was great, friendly, and very helpful. She made sure to check up on us to see how our vehicle was doing. Maria in Finance is just as amazing, and super helpful! She worked with us and we ended up leaving happy! OVER PRICED I took my QX56 in to have the A/C problem diagnosed. I was told there was a $121.00 fee for that. They didn't tell me about the Misc. charge of $21 I took my QX56 in to have the A/C problem diagnosed. I was told there was a $121.00 fee for that. They didn't tell me about the Misc. charge of $21 for shop fees. They then quoted me a price to fix the problem, that I am having done elsewhere for half the price. I love my SUV, but it is time to start looking for another brand for my next vehicle. More

Other dealers kept changing the deal in the middle of the negotiation process, but at Infiniti of Omaha, they followed through on everything they said. I loved the G37x, but we needed a 7 passenger vehicle now. Pat Badie suggested the QX60. I leased one a fewweeks ago. It is also a great vehicle, and I had another positive experience at Infiniti of Omaha. I wanted a little extra equipment and a 12,000 mile per year lease, and they were able to deliver. More
Purchase of new QX80. I had leased a 2013 JX35 from Infiniti of Omaha 2 years earlier. I was happy with my experience then, so I decided to give them a chance again. We had outgrown this vehicle and decided we needed to move to a QX80 or an Escalade. My wife and I decided the QX80 would be our preference if we could come to terms with the dealer. They were fair and fast with evaluating our vehicle. We were able to come to terms on the purchase of the new vehicle on the phone, since I am over 2 hours away. We setup to pickup the vehicle the day after Christmas, because I had that day off. Everything went fast and smooth. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
