We were in the process of looking for a new vehicle. We narrowed our search to infiniti and Lexus. After taking our time we made our decision based on the rep that was helping us along the process. Dan was the ultimate professional and made purchasing our 2013 JX a very pleasurable experience. He was very friendly and had a uncanny way of being professionally aggressive. Great price, friendly rep and quality of professionalism helped us make our decision. He won my wife over and therefore was able to win me over. Very happy with the process and we told Dan he has a client and not a customer for life! More

Our salesman Tony Christiansen was a good listener and flexible in searching for the right car for our needs. He was cordial, professional, and thorough and obviously had our best interest in mind as he h flexible in searching for the right car for our needs. David Kroll, a manager, who assisted in the negotiations, was not high pressure and helped us all to work toward a fair deal with a satisfactory outcome for both the dealership and us. Brandon Hull, the General Manager was welcoming and was a visible, involved, accessible manager who let us know the dealership would "earn our business", and they did! Tom Ballard, a general partner with the Performance Group of Nebraska, encouraged us to explore all the options under their umbrella...and we're doubly satisfied because of it! The follow up, the value, and the level of respect for us as customers made it well worth our while to drive from Lincoln to West Omaha for our new Infiniti sedan. I went to Infinity of Omaha to look at the new JX. I met Zach and he showed me the new vehicle. I wasn't exactly sure this was the car I wanted so he showed me the QX56. Wow! what an awesome SUV. I then Zach and he showed me the new vehicle. I wasn't exactly sure this was the car I wanted so he showed me the QX56. Wow! what an awesome SUV. I then drove a FX35. That was the vehicle I really wanted. Zach was very patient with me and let me drive several SUV's. This was the best experience I've had at a dealership! Thank you Zach! More

While being a bit under-stated I always knew Infiniti's were quality cars. What i didn't know and wasn't comfortable with was the Infiniti dealership. When we first arrived we were greeted happily by were quality cars. What i didn't know and wasn't comfortable with was the Infiniti dealership. When we first arrived we were greeted happily by a gentleman named Zach. We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for, but after a few questions he landed us on the QX56. I couldn't believe all of the toys on this thing! Zach was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and very professional through and through. We never felt pressured, and he always kept us laughing and having fun. Yes! We had fun buying a car! I can't believe I said it. Car buying shouldnt be fun, should it? So, what started out as a visit to an unknown dealership turned into a great experience. While we had absolutely no intentions of buying that day, the service and quality of the vehicle was too good to pass up. They were fair on the trade in price for ours and even took some off of their sticker price. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Zach and the rest of the dealership to anyone looking to buy a luxury vehicle. More

I have been to the Infiniti of Omaha dealer multiple times and they have all been great experiences. My last visit I bought a used car from them. If you go there definitely ask for Max. I was driving by this dealership and saw some cars I might have an interest in so we pulled over and looked around for a few minutes and were greeted by James. He showed us a eclipse and knew the car in might have an interest in so we pulled over and looked around for a few minutes and were greeted by James.
