We bought two cars from this dealership just this month. We bought two cars from this dealership just this month. However, one of the cars had an ant problem. We told them what was going on. After, not being able to clean out the ants, they gave me another exact car, straight off the factory. In addition they threw in tons of extra gifts and checked on us constantly. I decided to sell my Audi and buy an Infiniti this past August. I drove my Audi for 13 years and wasn't so thrilled to give it up but it was time for a change. I seem to always be pushed for time and the thought of trying to orchestrate selling and buying at the same time was a little overwhelming just to move from one car to the next. I had the good fortune of meeting Patel as I walked through the doors of the Atlantic Infiniti dealership and he immediatedly asked me all the right questions and listened to my likes and dislikes for vehicles. He didn't try to show me anything I didn't want to look at and quickly narrowed my search down to 3 possibilities. He showed me 3 variations of the G37 coupe. One with a sports package, one without and one with the sports package and a convertible top. Then we went on a test drive with a G37 coupe reserved just for test drives. It drove great and Patel pointed out many of the accessories. When we returned, Danny Southworth was my next stop to talk about dollars and cents. Danny was great with giving me pointers on the best approach to leasing a vehicle; he also worked into the deal a wheel protection program for only a few dollars extra a month. He even took time to help me choose a specialty plate online... it's already on the car by the way! Two nights later when I took delivery on the vehicle, Patel made his way over to the dealership to meet up with me and ride with me over to the car lot where I was selling my Audi. He waited and I drove him back to the dealership in my new Infiniti G37 Coupe Convertible. What service! Both Patel and Danny made this buying and selling experience a breeze and a pleasure. Ps., I came back to edit my review... in looking over my paperwork, Danny Southworth did give me a $5,500+ break in pricing on my new infiniti. Excellent deal actually so I re-rated pricing to GREAT! I brought the extended maintenance plan and elite plan and was given 60 days to cancel for a free refund. Well I received the plans that explains in detail two days after my 60 days were up. I am now on and was given 60 days to cancel for a free refund. Well I received the plans that explains in detail two days after my 60 days were up. I am now on my third week of waiting for any contact from the dealership and I expect when I do get a chance to ask the right person the answer will be we never received you cancelation letters. I would like to know if this is something that happens regularly. More
Found Mr. Greenberg, (sales) and Mr. Southworth, (Business office), both to be very courteous, professional and accomodating. Took car for 15,000 service - kept it for 3 DAYS for routine service. The reason they kept it so long you ask? They did not have the rubber insert for the windshield wiper - yep, a part you can walk i routine service. The reason they kept it so long you ask? They did not have the rubber insert for the windshield wiper - yep, a part you can walk into any store and buy right off the shelf. . . So I had to keep their loaner car. No big deal right - um, no. The tire on the loaner car went flat and I HAVE TO BUY THEM A NEW TIRE. Yes, that is right - buy them a tire. But we will come back to that. After I called the dealer this morning - I was told that it was not their fault the tire went flat and what did I want them to do about it. The next call went better - they called back worried about me being on the side of the road waiting on someone to come change the tire. That was the highlight of the dealings with the dealership. Went to return the loaner this evening and the service guy that was going to help me was busy smoking out back and talking on his cell phone - I watched him and he watched me standing there, waiting on him. When he was done with his break, he came to talk to me. I mean, I was not doing anything right and he was on the clock after all. Back to the "you buy the tire for us" - over $30,000 for a car but a $250 tire (give or take a few hundred as they name their price) is what pushes them over the edge and they make customers responsible for. Told me I assume responsibility for it just like it was my own car - the difference as I see it is that I would 1) not buy it from a dealer so I could pay 200% more for it and 2) I would get to use the tire I am going to pay through the nose for since they will undoubtedly charge dealer price for the replacement tire!!! Poor husband is relieved that I did not just trade the car in on the way home. More
I searched out the model I wanted for about 30 days and kept seeing one at Atlantic Infiniti that was a year newer and 1-2K less than every other one in my price range. They got me approved for a loan whic kept seeing one at Atlantic Infiniti that was a year newer and 1-2K less than every other one in my price range. They got me approved for a loan which I didn't expect at about 6% too! I didn't feel as if they were playing games. The rep and finance guy were easy going and I enjoyed doing business there. They had spent about 200.00 having the car detailed so that it was delivered super clean. It was for my wife who is pickier than I am and she was very happy too. More
