No thank you. We have complained several times for the same reason, among other issues we have had and it goes no where. Last time we were there I asked for a tire rotation that they never did. That resulted in me getting a free rotation this week. Also we pre-paid for several oil changes which we were told come with vacuuming the car, yet every time it is NEVER vacuumed. My wife also has complained about this yet it happens every time we are there. Unfortunately we are locked into these oil changes until we use them all up. After they are finished, we will no longer be coming to this place for service. If you actually fixed issues after having them, we would understand, but not when we have an issue every time our car comes in for service. I paid $64k for that vehicle so I expect much better service.

I apologize Lauren as I know it is not your fault, but we have wasted too much time complaining about this service center. I had to drive all the way back there the other day when I came home and I did not get the vacuuming done when I picked it up. I forgot to check and my wife was very angry when I got home. Like I said, we pre-paid for these oil changes and we specifically asked if the discounted price for buying a package gives us the same oil changes and all things included with it and were told yes. So I feel cheated that we bought the package and do not get what we paid for. I left a note when I went back the other day since service dept was gone for the day. A man emailed and said he would vacuum my car if I bring it back, but again why should I have to drive 10 miles (I live in Linwood and t's 5 miles each way and would waste about 30 minutes) when it should have been done when my car was there for the service. I don't have time for that. Like I mentioned before, if you look in our account we have had several problems with the service department there and have complained about it over and over. If they wanted to fix this problem, they would have done it by now.

Maybe new vacuums but we always had this included with all of oil changes since we bought the car back in 2012. One of our first oil changes we always dealt w/ Brian Genricki and he was always professional. One time we picked up our car in 2013 after an oil change and he said they didn't have time to vacuum it after the oil change and we said we would wait since it was included. They vacuumed it and we were on our way. I haven't seen Brian around there in a while so I assume he left. It was well run when he was there, but has gone down hill since he left. Again you don't need to put this complaint through any further. My wife and I already decided to go elsewhere as this complaints have gone on for too long without actually fixing them. There is much lack of communication over there and we don't have time to deal with issues every time our car is in for service. I appreciate your response and I understand you're doing your job, but feel free to not further this complaint.
