Would have given zero stars if possible This place is horrible. I bought my Infiniti QX 56 from them and have had nothing but problems from the service department ever since. I prepaid for oil changes that includes vacuuming my car, but they never actually vacuum it and I have to complain every time. Last time I was there, I asked for a tire rotation and when I picked up the car they hadn't vacuumed it. I wrote to corporate office to complain, so they promised me a free tire rotation the next time I went in, plus they said they would make sure that they vacuum my car with every oil change from now on. Well low and behold I dropped it off for an oil change today and I pick up my car no vacuuming as promised. I am done with this place. I love my car, but I will never buy from this dealership again. More
Extremely Disappointed I visited the dealership 3 weeks ago. I was interested in the new Q60 coupe. I received a call that a new Q60 coupe had arrived. I had an appointment to meet with a specific person on a Wednesday at 2pm. I arrived just after 2pm I sent a text to lady I had the appointment with I would be late due to a earlier appointment. I didn't receive an answer. We set the appointment no worries. I walk into the showroom and I don't see anyone other than people in the service department. They were help.customers. There was no receptionist nobody to help. I text the lady I was there to meet,nothing..Finally after 15 to 20 minutes a young man passinf through asked if I needed help. I told him who I was there to see and said she was the Internet manager. Her office was at the Nissan dealership. He was going to get someone to help me because she was off. She never told me she was going to be off.Then a young lady shows up asked what car I was interested in. The Q60 was on the showroom floor. She then starts by looking for desk to get my information. She didn't talk about the car or I had any questions. Then I find out she is the only salesperson for Infiniti and Volvo that day. I couldn't believe at a dealership of that caliber would only have one person. I let a lot of this poor service fo because was interested in the car. It was another 15 minutes or so before she if I had test driven the car..How could if just arrived and it was the only one. We finally take the car out. She was informative knew about the vehicle. I like the car and was ready to deal. Finance manager comes over tells me my score 630 and 11% interest rate.... I loom dlwn at the sheet and looking at a 1100 payment if I put 7000 down!. I'm own an Infiniti g37x wirh rate of only 4.5% that I put no money down. So I said I had to get wife which was true. Actually my wife was looking to buy and I said I would return with her. It was not a good experience and for luxury dealership it very disappointed. I ended up taking my wife tto the BMW dealership in Turnersville near our home. She was interested in buying and I knew BMW was what she wanted. She test drove and bought an X3. The service was outstanding the salesperson was extremely knowledge. It was a seamless process. Yes I bought a car to 435i coupe. Never thought of buying a BMW. I loved my Infiniti and was prepared to by another. Remember at the Infiniti dealership my credit score was 630. The finance manager told me that was score he never showed it to me. BMW dealership 687 and they showed it to me and got 2.9% rate instead of 11%. I'm in sales and have been in the business for 32 year's. I had to write this because the experience was so different and the caliber of service exceptional. One more thing no money down. More

BEWARE!!! 1) They will not honor past promises on a purchase from the previous owner! 2) The service manager is extremely rude and needs to take a refresher course in providing exceptional customer service! 3) The service manager needs a lesson in how to talk to people kindly.4) They make up new rules by the day! 4) No one knows what they are doing and cannot answer questions on the phone! 5) No one answers the phones or calls you back! Stay away! They do not even deserve 1 star! More
Terrible & Unprofessional service! I dropped my Infiniti off for a timing chain recall which takes only a couple of days to complete. This dealership took over 3 weeks to service my car. I was not able to inspect my car thoroughly because it was nighttime, but the next morning, I was livid! My car was clearly driven: (1) my mileage was higher, (2) there was coffee spilled in the door & floor of the back seat, (3) there were 5 distinct puncture marks in the same door with the spill, (4) my front and rear bumpers had minor scratches, (5) there was a scuff mark on the exterior paint along the entire passenger side under the door, (6) the plastic covering the wheel well, oil pan, & engine were all missing clips & screws and not properly secured, causing it to drag while driving, and last & WORSE, (7) I now have a brand new oil leak!! I have called the dealership many, many times. I have been put on hold, left messages and spoken to numerous people but I keep getting shuffled around and ultimately just left on hold until I hang up. They have told me numerous times that they would call me back, but it has been over 2 weeks with no response or results. I am reaching out to the corporate headquarters of Infiniti for answers. This is unacceptable!! More
Got a great deal! I recently purchased a car from them and the price for the 2012 Infiniti was very good. While I don't think that the Infiniti manager was very helpful, and at times combative as he was unwilling to negotiate fees that I knew were not required, the other staff was helpful. I would recommend this dealership, but be mindful of the fees that they try to tell you are required. Additionally, they could do better at communicating what's going on as he sales person kept walking away, staying gone for several minutes, without explaining what was going on. If t wasn't for these issues I would give them a much higher rating. More

When you are in finance they do not allow you to decline the OPTIONAL wrap coverage and their answer why is that if you get a discount on the car - you have to take the TLP! What a SCAM! Best yet, when you ask them who you can talk to about it they have NO idea on who management about the sales manager is. In doing my own research, GPB Capital or GPB Cars LLC owns all 3 of these dealership and it looks like this is a consistent problem at all of their dealerships. Surprise Surprise that Randy (the manager who helped sell us our car) is no longer there but from what they say is he is a "stand up guy" and they discounted the car to offset this bogus warranty. Thanks for padding the back end of the deal to make up for this "great deal". NEVER BUYING A THING FROM THEM - wont event take advantage of the "free" oil changes - would rather spend the money at a legitimate dealership then to step foot on their property again. More

Woody Paisley is an awesome and helpful salesman who went out of his way to go above and beyond to help me! I am impressed by the management at this dealership as well as all the individuals were very friendly and really put in extra effort to get me the lowest financing. The service department also no questions asked installed new parts in the car and detailed it upon buying the car. Great experience, highly recommended. More

I called dealership and Spoke with Alicia Spark to confirm availability and final price for this Car. MR.Henry Bryk told me via Alicia final price fro that car would be $24997 with out certification. If I want car to be certified I have to pay extra money. I told her about the advertisement on the admiral infiniti she denies about that and She asked me if I can give her prove showing advertising price. I have send her the link of the advertisement and screen shoot of the web page. What a DISHONEST, MONEY GREEDY Dealership and Manager? I have saved all communication to how dishonest this dealership was and I will share with you if you are interested. More
