I never realized how wonderful Admiral Infiniti was until I went to another dealership. I recently traded in my Infiniti and purchased an Audi, mostly for a change of pace. Needless to say, Audi's service has been sub-par compared to Admiral's. I've wanted to write a review on Admiral Infiniti for a while, mainly because they've always been such a great pleasure to work with. In all honesty, I'm usually skeptical about service departments and always have the feeling they're trying to rip me off. However, at Admiral, Brian and Diane have always been warm, welcoming, and have always made me feel like they're doing the best for ME and my car. They always did their best to find me a loaner car when I couldn't stick around and wait, and when I did wait for my service to be finished, Brian always made sure to come by and give me an update on what they were doing and how much longer it would take. That's nice peace of mind. The waiting room itself is very accommodating, with comfortable couches, a TV, and complimentary snacks and drinks. As for the service itself, it's always been standard, and mostly met my expectations. Price-wise, seems reasonable. They're a really nice group over there, and I'm sad I no longer own an Infiniti. Although, the next time I purchase a car, I'll certainly keep Inifiniti as an option, simply because of the service level from Admiral. More

I was looking to get a new automobile. I called the Infiniti dealer in Egg Harbor Twp to see if Infiniti had any special financing promotions going on. Jim is also very knowledgeable about all the automobiles on the lot and all of the features associated with the automobiles. Later that day, I received a video of the automobile (since I was unable to get to the dealership until the weekend) from Jim. I was very impressed that Mr. Bernardo went out of his way to video this automobile and send it to me. It is Jim's dedication and professionalism that made me go to Admiral Infiniti. Then you should definitely look into the Admiral automobile dealership. I should clarify this recommendation a little further by recommending the salesman who helped me make my buying experience a fun and stress free time, and that salesman would be Hal Silverman who handles both Infinity and Volvo, along with the sales manager Glen. I stopped in to the Admiral dealership on a Wednesday afternoon spent some time with Hal drove a few cars I thought I might be interested in purchasing talked with Glenn about pricing and told them I would get back to them. I left the dealership with a good feeling about my experience and came back the next day with my wife, purchased a 2012 Infinity G37X and traded in my BMW after a painless experience of negotiating an out the door price. I have purchased many new cars over the past 40 years and this purchase ranks right up there as one of the best. Stop in and see Hal and tell him George sent you. More

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Admiral auto for my new Infinti and I am happy to report that their website name of "I love Admiral Auto" is an understatement. Doing business at this dealship was an unexpected delight and I am especially grateful to our sales rep Hal Silberman who was exceptional in every respect. The need for a new car was unexpected and in the beginning I was not looking forward to starting the process of a car search. Hal made the process a pleasure. He was informative, calming, friendly, professional and patient beyond words. He walked us through the process with ease, always responded to calls and questions immediately, and Admiral management when above and beyond in working with us on pricing which was greatly apprciated. After the sale Hal kept in contact making sure I did not have any questions or problems with the car or its features. He personally put on the new license plates when they came in and handled the registration. Again, he was a pleasue to do business with and we really appreciate all his efforts. This is the third FX35 we have owned/leased. Our first was from a Holman salesman named Steve, who we dealt with before at Cherry Hill Jaguar. When we received an offer for Infiniti to make a great trade, we decided to come down and see what was up. We knew Jim was on the Volvo side and did not expect to see him. Fortunatly for us the Infiniti guy was busy and Jim was paged to help us. He thouroughly explained away all our questions and showed us a few cars. After we decided on the 2011 Infiniti it was too late to get financing. Glen said he would work on it Monday and Monday evening we took delivery. Jim took the time to explain all of the features that were new to us. The longest we had to wait was to see AJ to sign the papers. Unfortunately someone got into his office before us. We really love the 2011 FX and are particularly glad that the oppertunity presented itself. More
