This is my third Infiniti lease, but my first with Admiral. We were lucky enough to have met Hal Silberstein. The first time we came to the dealership we really wanted be sure we were getting another Admiral. We were lucky enough to have met Hal Silberstein. The first time we came to the dealership we really wanted be sure we were getting another Infiniti. We loved them and were 80% certain we would get another, but there were some other options. When we met Hal, he showed us the latest models and explained the differences. He had a great sense of humor, went along with our hard questions and didn't push. (well, maybe subtly.) He told us he would call us in a few days and he did. But, I wanted to wait. Then, when I made up my mind that we were going again with Infiniti we went back to see him. We told him we wanted another black on black G, now in the 37 series. I thought just like magic, he'd have it for us in a few days. But apparently black on blacks are difficult to find. But he looked every day and kept us informed. When he found it, I don't know who was happier, Hal or us. He was a pleasure to work with and really made the experience a fun one. And when you can have fun spending thousands of dollars, I guess that's why we put the ratings as we did. Squash Two More
