I was very happy with this dealership. I was first contacted by Brian when I inquired about one of the pre-owned vehicles online. When I finally went to the dealership I was shown around b I was first contacted by Brian when I inquired about one of the pre-owned vehicles online. When I finally went to the dealership I was shown around by Donald. This Infinti in Bayside is welcoming and very well kept. The car I saw online was not available but I saw on that I liked. We were not able to come to an agreed price on that day, but Brian reached out to me on a later date and we were able to close the deal. Brian is wondeful. He is personable, transparent and and all around nice guy. I felt heard and not pressured. Donald was very helpful in acclimating me to my new vehicle and making sure I was comfortable with the specs. The financial services manager, Russ was easy to talk to and did not pressure me like other dealerships have. I would recommend anyone to Infinit of Bayside. They are top notch! More

I tried to trade my sedan in 6 months after I purchased it for a coupe of the same year. The coupe was what I was originally looking for. They didn’t have it. They pushed me towards the sedan. When I came back for an oil change and saw the coupe they tried to get an additional 10k down payment. I just wanted to swap cars. My cars was just as mint when I first got it. Would be nice if the service department realized people have to work to pay for these cars and made weekend hours available. However when you do get a chance to make an appointment and receive service. It is well done. As long as you don’t need a loaner car. Then fuggedaboutit. More
