Renewed confidence in the Infiniti Brand! From the initial contact I had with Allen when I called I could tell this would be a complete different experience than my previous one with purchasin From the initial contact I had with Allen when I called I could tell this would be a complete different experience than my previous one with purchasing an Infiniti. I previously owned a 2011 Infiniti G37x Sedan which I purchased in May 2014 from Infiniti Of Manhasset. I purchased the vehicle recently so I felt hopeless about my chances of getting out of a vehicle I wasn't in love with...that was till I reached out to Infiniti of Bayside and spoke with Allen whom explained that I had options and what they were. I immediately made an appointment to look around the showroom and went straight after work. After my last buying experience at Infiniti Of Manhasset I was afraid this would be another bait and switch situation which made me skeptical and I was so glad that Allen took my previous experience into account and patiently took his time to explain everything to me step by step. I had questions about the Q50 which I liked a lot and thought that was what I wanted till I found out about what ultimately would be my next car the Q40! To find out they remastered the G37 into an even better vehicle and I could get every feature I wanted in a vehicle fully loaded for the price point I wanted was great news. I read reviews online from "experts" about the vehicles being the same and in my opinion I love the Q40 tremedously more. My next step was to speak with financing and to my luck I was able to deal with someone as professional as Jean Maurilus. From the moment me and my fiancee stepped into his office he treated us like family which was such a welcoming feeling. On my previous purchase my fiancee was my cosigner but this time I wanted to have the car completely in my name which Jean was able accomplish and to my delight get me a lease instead of financing. Jean really made me feel confident with leasing this 2015 Q40 and the financial freedom it will grant me. I purchased my vehicle on March 25th and my fiancee and I haven't been able to stop driving, we're completely in love with our 2015 Q40! This isn't the largest Infiniti delaership, what they lack in size they definitely make up for in service and putting their customer first. If it wasn't for Allen Estevez, Jean Maurilus and Infiniti Of Bayside I would've gave up on the Infiniti brand and gone with another car manafcturer. Thank you guys for following up and making sure that everything is going well with the vehicle. But in the end, I am stuck with a car that I do not want after being given false information The sales staff was very nice, friendly and professional. But in the end, I am stuck with a car that I do not want after being given false information. Before I leased the car, I noticed that the bluetooth was not working. I inquired and was told not to worry, just bring it back and it will be taken care of. After going back and forth three times, I was told that it will not be taken care of, and that I'll have to deal with it. The management offered no compensation, and thus I am stuck with an expensive car that is malfunctioning because of false infoation from this dealership. More

Purchasing a brand new 2015 Q40 Bartosz from Infiniti of Bayside was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between each of models of Infiniti cars. I was coming out of a lease from the G37x but I was in love with the body style of the car. Bartosz showed me a brand new 2015 Q40 with all the features that my G37x had plus with navi and improved bluetooth functionality. I was sold. Infiniti of Bayside staff made me feel very comfortable and everyone was very friendly throughout the whole time I was there. This was the best experience I had purchasing a new car and I will continue to buy cars from Infiniti of Bayside. More

Beyond Excellent When walking into the Dealership, my intent was to inquire about the Q50. As soon as i walked into the dealership, i was given a warm and friendly greeting and was introduced to one the sales associates, Jose Valdez. After some talking, Mr. Valdez spoke to me about the Q50's features and specs, as well as allowing me to test drive a Q50. After the drive, he took me to his office where we started to go over options. I expressed my concerns to him, in regards to pricing and me still being in a current lease. Mr. Valdez assured me everything would be ok, and put everything in black and white for me. Not only did he work with me, he took in consideration all my questions and concerns, and literally guided me through every step of the process to make sure that everything worked out in my best interest. Now, I've spoken to representatives at different dealerships and they've all seem to be concerned only with making a sale. I haven't met anyone who was genuinely interested in actually taking the time to get to know me as a person, and making sure that the car i was interested in, was right for me at my stage in life. Never once was i pressured into anything. I can honestly say that the level of service, compassion, and consideration to my what my needs and concerns where are top notch. Not only did Mr. Valdez get me in the car i wanted, he followed up with me on several occasions to ask me how i was enjoying the car, and if i had any questions. My overall experience, made me feel like i was family, and not a like a "customer". To anyone reading this, If you're looking at an Infiniti, Go to Infiniti of Bayside and speak to Jose Valdez. I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. When it came time to run the my credit, Mr. Jean Maurilus' level of knowledge and understanding is unmatched.
