I scheduled a serivce appointment on a Friday evening via the Dealer Website for the next Saturday morning. I was having battery issues on my 2020 Q50. Alyssa greeted me with in seconds of me pulling in to the Dealer Website for the next Saturday morning. I was having battery issues on my 2020 Q50. Alyssa greeted me with in seconds of me pulling in to the service bay and even remembered me from the last time I was there - over 4 years ago with a different vehicle. Since I'd recently purchased the used 2020 Q50 from a different dealer, I was pretty discontent that my new (to me) vehicle was having trouble starting - amongst other concerns. Alyssa took the time to reveiw every concern I was having and provided me with options for resolution on some of the more cosmetic concerns. I had no idea that several of my concerns could be repaired under the vehicle's orginal warranty. Instead of spending $200 on a new battery a month and a half after buying my 2020 Q50 - I walked away with zero spent, a brand new battery, and finally the peace of mind knowing that my new car was safe and now reliable as expected and what I had originally intended when upgrading from my older model Infinti sedan. The wait time while my car was inspected and the battery was replaced was just under 90 mins - time well spent catching up on some reading in the service lounge. If you are still reading this review.... I had horrible experinces with Infiniti of Tacoma purchasing my 2020 Q50 and even though didnt buy with Infiniti of Bellevue I was treated like I had... my car and my concerns mattered. I'll never hesitate to drive extra miles for such great service and I'll never set foot in Infiniti of Tacoma again. More
