Everything was great, sadly you didn't have a loaner car available bc the two in the fleet had backordered parts needed and weren't available to loan out, but Thomas was able to add a new one which helped m available bc the two in the fleet had backordered parts needed and weren't available to loan out, but Thomas was able to add a new one which helped me bc my car was there a week.
