Ryan did a great job! He was very patient as I waivered on which car to purchase. He was quick to return my calls and texts. At no point was there any pressure. Derek the Finance manager was very thorough and explained everything in perfect detail. Again no pressure to buy additional products or services. Of course I did though. An amazing experience! Ownership, Sales and Finance personnel were great to work with at Infiniti of Cincinnati. I consider myself a "car guy" and I love that the staff here is passionate about their product and cars in general!! with at Infiniti of Cincinnati. I consider myself a "car guy" and I love that the staff here is passionate about their product and cars in general!! This is our 7th Infiniti, having a sedan, convertible, 2-QX80's and 3-QX60's. I think we know a little bit about Infiniti's! Infiniti continues to deliver a superior, quality product and Infiniti of Cincinnati is the reason we keep coming back. We love the re-design of the 2022 QX60!! More
