He didn't miss a thing! It took us a few weeks to decide on the car to buy, and asked Gene for a test drive at least twice. He showed us options -- not only in the car we were looking at, but also used versions as well. We would like to work with him again, and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in an Infiniti. The dealership was also great to work with. Everyone was friendly, and the show room was very pleasant to be in -- and the coffee was great! It was a fantastic experience. Nice people, east to talk with I found a car online and wen to see it on a Sunday. Lokey Infiniti was closed but the car was outside so I was able to view it. It looked good. That night I made an offer on the car via their website and was contacted back by email early Monday am. After some further emails and text messages with Steve Carlisle I made plan to see the car on Wednesday evening around 5:30 pm. I drove 45 miles or so north to their dealership and test drove the car. After some short conversations with Steve and Naser Totah we were able to come to an agreement on the car and my trade-in vehicle. I would certainly recommend Lokey Infiniti to anyone interested in purchasing from them. I would also like to stress that Steve Carlisle did a terrific job in keeping in contact with me (email, text messages and phone calls) but was not too aggressive. He did a great job. If you are going to Lokey Infiniti I would suggest that you ask for Steve. Maria Lookretis took car of all the paperwork (finance dept) and I was finished quickly and drove home in my beautiful 2013 Infiniti G37. More
