Long time Infiniti customer. This is by far the worst buying experience I ever had. I traded my 2013 Infiniti M37x for a vehicle that I did NOT want but was forced into. I wan This is by far the worst buying experience I ever had. I traded my 2013 Infiniti M37x for a vehicle that I did NOT want but was forced into. I wanted another Infiniti but instead left with a 2020 Jeep Compass that is a complete LEMON!!! TAMPA Infiniti was offering me $6,000 for my trade, Clearwater only gave me $4,000!!! When the Jeep Compass was delivered to me it wasn't cleaned, had no floor mats, no tire valve stem caps, needed an oil change and had a junk battery that blew up in my face when I needed to get a jump!!! I spoke with Manny and he said he would consult with his manager and get back to me. I never heard back from anyone!! This all happened within the first 45 days of ownership!! The Jeep left me stranded at my house while I was trying to move. I had to get an Uber to pickup my moving truck!! Because of this xxx Jeep, I have spent $500 towards a battery, floor mats, tire valve caps, and an oil change!!! The M37x I traded had floor mats, a fresh oil change, tire valve caps and a good battery!!! TAMPA Infiniti would have been able to put me into another Infiniti and $6,000 towards my trade!!!! Infiniti of Clearwater, YOU owe me $2,000 for my trade, $500 for what I had to put into the Jeep and take this xxx back!!! More

Big AL was awesome, king, helpful and informative in every aspect of the SUV we were interested in. He went above and beyond to help us and with all of our questions.
