I recently had my Infiniti QX80 serviced for a synthetic oil change, rear differential and power steering fluid replacement, air and engine filter replacement, and a tire rotation. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Service associate Shai Brodny truly stood out. Shai is always friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to explain the services performed and ensured everything was handled smoothly and professionally. His approach made the entire automobile maintenance process not only stress-free, but actually enjoyable—something I don’t often associate with car service visits. Because of Shai’s outstanding customer service, I left feeling confident in the work performed and appreciative of the overall experience.
