Our family went through 4 weeks of turmoil with the sudden passing of my father, my mother hospitalized for 2 weeks and their car lease coming to a close. My mother had an Infiniti for over 10 years, which she handed over to her grandchild 4 years ago. Since then, she has always wanted another to own another Infiniti. We were not in any condition to start heavy negotiations with car dealers and then we walked into the Coconut Creek Infiniti dealership and met Moe. What a great experience from the time we entered their showroom and met Moe. When do you ever meet a sales person who is more interested in listening to your stories then trying to sell you a car ? It never happens but it happened there. Everyone was exceptional and Moe listened to what we were looking for in a car and found the perfect car for mom. We went for a test ride and he explained everything about the car and then some. The dealership was not pushy at all, very clean and very hospitable. Because of Moe, we leased my mother a new Q50 which she loves and enjoys driving. More important than that, is that Moe, calls my mother every week just to check up on her and to make sure that she is happy with her purchase.
