I then went to Margate same service drive. I was quoted $2,600 for diagnostic charges and a headlight repair for my Ford Taurus. I refused the work. I then went to Margate Ford and they replaced the headlight bulb for a total cost of $85.00. The labor rate for Ford at Infiniti of Coconut Creek was $280 per hour. It is $199 per hour at Margate Ford. I was very angry about being quoted $2,600 for a repair which ultimately cost me $85. I shared my concerns with the service director and attempted to meet with the dealer. I was asked if I had an appointment and then was told that he was not available. I do not drive an Infiniti but service is service! More
