Dealership amenities are top notch. Am fortunate enough to have upgraded from Nissan to Infiniti and am glad I did. Previous dealership experiences left me with a sour taste and was expecting a little bit to have upgraded from Nissan to Infiniti and am glad I did. Previous dealership experiences left me with a sour taste and was expecting a little bit of the same, but with more class. Called to set up my first appointment and they didn’t care I hadn’t purchased my vehicle somewhere else. Got set up with a service advisor and expected the worst. Fortunately so far, through the limited interactions I had with Fernando I’ve got to say I’m pleasantly surprised. Not just with him but with the rest of the staff I’ve gotten to interact with, even other service advisors whom weren’t going to get any of my business. I’d like to think I have a good xxxxxxxx meter, and so far I feel like he’s been honest and upfront with me. Only time will tell, but I am happy so far. More
