Hello Cynthia, I wanted to confirm that if the previous owner does not get us the key by this Friday, we will order a new one for you. Also, in regards to the fuse issue, it sounds like a warranty item. It should be something that BMW will handle, we can however have you bring it to our dealership and we will work on your behalf with BMW. Let me know, and we'll move forward.
