Our service included install of four new tires along with wheel alignment. Besides doing the tires and alignment, Elk Grove Infiniti, included a Multi-Point Vehcile Inspection. I appreciate the Service Advisor, Richey, Ashley and our Technician Joe Lozowki, for doing a professional job. We look forward to bringing our QX60 for its routine oil change in the near future. got a good deal on a hot car by an excellent salesperson. We walked onto the lot about 815PM and Mohamed greeted us; located some keys for a test drive of a Camaro SS that just went on the line 2 days previou We walked onto the lot about 815PM and Mohamed greeted us; located some keys for a test drive of a Camaro SS that just went on the line 2 days previous. We came looking for used Q-60's or G-37's and my wife inquired about the SS parked in the customer parking (lots of test drives those 2 days.) Long story short; Mohamed went back and forth with the sales manager a couple of times on our behalf... Stayed until past 10pm with us to get all the paperwork done and STILL took the time to put the Camaro SS in the delivery area with a BIG BOW on it... pictures; the whole 9 yards.
