Jose was terrific. ..but....got an estimate to repair/start my car for $20,000 (water damage, computer damage, electronic damage, etc)....not a typo and have written est ..but....got an estimate to repair/start my car for $20,000 (water damage, computer damage, electronic damage, etc)....not a typo and have written estimate to prove it. Had car towed back to house where the mechanic for my Benz started the car right up....and it is running just fine. Turns out it was a key issue and no one at Infiniti bothered to inquire if I had the second key available. Let's just say I won't be going back More
