Horrible customer service given by Hassan Elreda. I initially requested more info through CarGurus on a 2017 BMW. He called me. I picked up with Hello. His response was “Is this Maria” ….Not profesional when calling someone. I asked him for the OTD pricing on car. He went straight to trying to get me to come in. I explained that Im calling frm CT, would like info to decide on making trip. He said, ok well we have people calling frm CA, it'll start with pulling your credit report. I know that a car OTD pricing is NOT based on my credit report. I also stated that I may use my own bank. He answered saying they would have to still pull my credit report. I asked is it mandatory to use dealerships financing bank.Hassan answered no. I asked so can u explain why do you have to pull my credit report still. He said it’s required by dealership. I then asked can you provide me with any fees that would apply to purchase. He stated he couldn’t provide those numbers. Because again my credit would have to be pulled. Made no sense. I had someone call frm another dealership. His 1st response to him was are you calling in regard to who I just spoke to. Hassan then said “Look I dont have time for these games” & disconnected call. How is customer service “games” Yet he emails me all these emails as if he helped me. He DID NOT. No info that I requested. Today I received another email auto iPacket from another sales rep. But yet now the car isn’t listed/available. The whole ordeal just seemed like a Bait & switch scam or the sales person does not know the job. Horrible experience. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. ..Unless you want to pay more than advertised!!! I have been told the breakdown of the costs added on to the Advertised price of the vehicle for the ..Unless you want to pay more than advertised!!! I have been told the breakdown of the costs added on to the Advertised price of the vehicle for the 161point inspection is not available by email, only in person....and was not available when I purchased the vehicle. I was told the dealer prep on the vehicle was $4000 and they (the dealer) "ate 1/2 the cost" and only added $2000 to the advertised price. Let's not forget about the GPS tracker @ $900 ... Bumping the listed price on CarGurus/Cars.com over 15%....which I've just been informed by my salesperson Ricardo Silva, I "opted out of to meet my budget." News to me. On top of that, after driving 2 hours to the dealership, we were there waiting for Finance until after 10pm (dealership closed at 8) and did not get out until close to 11PM. Without a doubt, the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Save yourself the aggravation and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More

Brought my QX60 because the power windows were not working properly, Jose explained the likely reason for this problem and also suggested additional service the car was due for.
