I bought my car on may 12th and I also trade in the Mercedes, but they have not paid the bank till now . It’s been a month.. and my new car’s temporary registration is also expired. But there is no one who can tell me . When will I get my plates and when are they going to pay the bank for the Mercedes.. worst customer service I have ever deal with . I regret why I bought a car from them .. there are hidden charges they won’t let you know. I also have problems with the car . I told them about the tire when I bought the car , but they said they will fix it . But later no response and I have to pay $300 for the new tire . So I appeal to everyone don’t go there please..

I called you , the salesman and the manager. But no one is answering me when will the bank get paid for the car I trade in . I am loosing patience now .. and have decided to complain against you guys .. you guys only serve your clients until the car is sold .. and then no response.
