Overall a great experience! I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle when I walked into Infiniti of Englewood but after Dennis showed me the car I was interested in and off I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle when I walked into Infiniti of Englewood but after Dennis showed me the car I was interested in and offered me a test drive I was very much sold on it. unresponsive should be the name of this dealership I had a very simple issue....I wanted the delivery of a second key for my car. The salesman said it was on his desk and would mail it to me. 2 mon I had a very simple issue....I wanted the delivery of a second key for my car.
