Everytime I go into this dealership, I always deal with Carlos. I go to him with any service issues because he was the sale respresenative who helped me with the purchase of my Infinity. I have been getting service here for four years now and the experience gets better and better. If I call ahead to make an appointment, I am always taken on time, and there is a great waiting room with 2 tv the experience gets better and better. HORRIBLE! We went there with my family expecting to purchase my sister a new car and left the dealership angry and upset. The employee we were working with was very rude in every way. My father explained that we had found a similar car in another lot for cheaper than they were offering and the employee said "If it was cheaper then go buy it from the other dealer." What kind of business is that?! We were so upset with his response but we decided to give him another chance and asked him if we could negotiate a price on another car. This car's sticker price was around $20,000. When we entered his office he said he would have to look at the internet price to see how much it would be which we have never heard of. After putting some numbers in his calculator he told us the price was now $23,000!!! Our jaws just dropped. We thought we were being pranked or something. We asked why the price was much lower on the car and he said "that doesn't matter let's make a deal." We got up and left as he tried following us out of the building saying that he can lower the price a bit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. P.S. There is a $500 fee which goes towards "getting the car ready for the customer" not meaning registration fees or taxes. More

If you don't have it in writting your are doomed and you will be signing up for something very different, the sale guy Jarret is interesed only in his bonus not the sales and he will bug you for excellent survey review, the wise guy sales manager Eddi will sing you up for things which were not been shared, all the fine lines, down payment, term and amount (the mistake of my life), illetrate but seem to know it all finance guy Craig will get any and every piece of document of your life and miss use (he ran the credit check for my wife without concent and she has nothing to do in this sale) I'm afraid whereelse they will missuse my personal information. To make commision the dealership is concerened only about hard sale by hook or by crook not worried about customer satifaction. If you want to do business go to infinity of manhassette they will sing to you, treat you like a king, legit and professional. This is where I do business now. In short, infinity of engleewood is a fraud run by uneducated people. Look at all the reviews there has to be some truth to it. More
The dealer is keeping my license plates and registration hostage because they forgot to collect a stupid piece of document before sale (my business card). To make the sale they allowed me to drive the car out of their lot now 2 weeks later they are not giving my license plates which i had paid for out of pocket. Now they are harassing me. I'm not liable for any further documentation after sales. It's their fault for not doing their job. Absolutely no respect for customers spending thousands of dollars. They will trick you on the price what they promise in words and then demand more when you buy. I had to pay additional two thousand than what they promised. My fiancee and I were driving around looking for a car for both of us. We walked into Infiniti, out of curiosity of the G37. Dennis Lutz greeted us and explained to us about the G37. We told him that we can't make a decision without a test drive. He made the test drive possible for us within minutes. I ended up deciding against the car, (not because it's a bad car, but because I wanted a prettier car than how it drives), but if I were to get an Infiniti, I would look for Dennis. More
