Initial conversations with Patti and then Ryan exploring the vehicle was easy and straight forward as they were responsive and engaged. George helped me through the discussions when I arrived and was a pleasure never over selling. And it was quite obvious partnered to close the deal - and I use "partnered" very specifically. David was fantastic - evaluating my trade in and completely collaborative. Then post purchase through pick up, Ryan checked in on the process of getting my car ready on some final touches. George, sincerely, tagged my manual with post its for the pages he wanted my wife to review and offered for her to come in just to show her how to use everything. And David helped bring everything to a close quickly at the end - making the final steps of the process an extremely comfortable one walking through final options to choose. They finished it providing me a bow for the car for when I arrived home. In short, would not hesitate to buy a car there again or reco the team to friends and family.
