Awesome experience! Got the 2018 q50 and it was effortless. I went through Costco's Auto program and was contacted by Ryan [internet rep] within a few minutes. My family Got the 2018 q50 and it was effortless. I went through Costco's Auto program and was contacted by Ryan [internet rep] within a few minutes. My family and I got to the dealer a bit late, but he stuck around to greet us before leaving. We were then given to Robert who did the sales. The price was better than I expected. Costco's program sends them a lot of business so they don't need to squeeze money out of customers. There's only two dealers in NJ that partakes in Costco's program. Robert was really transparent and didn't play any games. Everything was written out and explained really well. He was really patient and I never once felt pressured to purchase. We did have to come back another day to finalize the deal because the prep team left for the day since we got there late. It took about 3-4 hours only because there was someone else ahead of us and it was a busy day. I'm not faulting them for that. I believe on any other day, it would only take 2 hours or less. Again, everything was clear cut, no fuzzy math, and no tricks. Great experience! More
