"Excellent Service!" I have been a customer of Flemington Infiniti for 8 years and I have been very pleased with the work that the Service Team provides for my car. Every I have been a customer of Flemington Infiniti for 8 years and I have been very pleased with the work that the Service Team provides for my car. Everyone is friendly and efficient and I know that my car is getting the best possible service. I would especially like to call out Paul and Edward – it is such a pleasure to work with them as they always provide me with good recommendations for my car. This is the longest period of time that I have ever owned one particular car; it is fun to drive and it is reliable, which I attribute to the Flemington Infiniti Service Team for keeping it in top shape. Simple oil change error A simple oil change became time consuming problem. Entered service and told tech I had synthetic oil in my 2017 Q50 and was pressed for time, I was i A simple oil change became time consuming problem. Entered service and told tech I had synthetic oil in my 2017 Q50 and was pressed for time, I was informed an additional charge for synthetic would apply. I was then told no problem, one hour for 10K service, oil change and tire rotation. Asked if I wanted my car washed and he asked because my car looked clean and I stated if it's included in service please wash my care. Exactly one hour I was approached by tech that my car was done and going into the car wash. When I asked if synthetic was used because no mention of additional fee, he told me he forgot! Long story short, the service is now 2 hours, wrong oil used and when my car was delivered to me it was dripping wet, not even dried. I feel this should not have happened and I must say the Infinity dealerships (beyond Flemington) are not providing the elite services promised. I have dealt with Bridgewater, NJ and Wilksberre PA with nothing but bad experiences and I was hoping for a good experience from Flemington being local for me. I would have expected the fee for Synthetic oil should have been waived for the inconvenience. Next time I have service in Flemington I will be sure to take the lender car to avoid missed personal appointments. Thank you More
