I had a great experience at Flemington Infiniti! I went to Flemington Infiniti on a Saturday to look at a pre-owned QX70. I love the Infiniti product. I was going to trade in my 2005 FX35, with 207, I went to Flemington Infiniti on a Saturday to look at a pre-owned QX70. I love the Infiniti product. I was going to trade in my 2005 FX35, with 207,000 miles on it... never had a problem with it. I am meticulous caring for my cars, so the pre-owned I was looking for had to be in perfect condition. The one I went to Flemington to look at was in great condition, but I was not sold on the color. While I was looking at other cars at their other dealerships, Michael found out that someone was in the middle of trading in a QX70S at their BMW dealership. He said that it was being transferred to them on Monday, so he would send me the information. I stopped at the BMW dealership to see the QX70S, and it was awesome. I called Michael, and told him I wanted it. That following Monday, another salesman said he had someone that wanted to buy the QX70S, but Michael said that I had first dibs since I told him I wanted it. A couple of days later, I drove it home. While I was there, Steve Kiley, the GM, introduced himself and we spoke for over an hour... by the way, the deal was already done, so this was not a sales pitch. Steve is a great guy, and I will and have already recommended friends and family to the Flemington team. Dave Younan handled all of the financing, and did not try to push any "extras" on me. The whole Infiniti team was a pleasure to work with. More

All Things Perfect I have had experiences with multiple dealerships in my area, most of them having been negative. Infiniti of Willow Grove sold me a wheel and tire pack I have had experiences with multiple dealerships in my area, most of them having been negative. Infiniti of Willow Grove sold me a wheel and tire package that I "absolutely needed" but then failed to recognize that I had even bought the package on multiple occasions when I called back. Infiniti of Ardmore serviced my girlfriend's car and backed it into another car before returning it and not saying anything. Mind you, I am not the type of person to bring the car back to the dealership complaining about a scratch. The bumper was literally caved in, whereas it was not when we brought it there. When I bring my car to Madeline Brackeen at Flemington Infiniti I know that I do not have to deal with any of that. I bring the car there, everything I want done gets done quickly and efficiently, and I get it back in perfect condition having paid less than I anticipated. In the meantime I get to drive a pristine rental car. I cannot speak more highly of the service staff at this dealership. I literally drive an hour and a half just to get my car serviced there. Keep up the good work! More
