From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out was outstanding. He kept me informed the entire time I was there. He even had it washed and vacuumed then he brought the car up to me. I didn't even have to go looking for it in the lot. Truly an amazing experience. My salesman Rob Presuto even came to check on me to see how I was doing and how I was loving my Infiniti. You couldn't find a better Infiniti dealership anywhere. Edward Shoemaker, in service is just superior to anybody I found at any other dealership. I have owed many cars, since graduating from the a NJ college. I had to deal with many service advisors & most of the time, I had a very bad experience. They were rude, unfriendly, didn't care what my work situation. Ed, was so different. He was kind, patient, took the time to listen to what I was saying, took the time to care. I wait for Ed, when he is on a Saturday to bring my car in for service. Flemington Infiniti has serviced my 2000 I-30 for 17 years. The car still runs great, thanks to the great care, Ed has shown to me. I can't give him enough praise. I would suggest to always ask for him to take care of your service needs. Recently, I decided to purchase another car. I am a NJ Private Investigator, owner of Lucy & Tyler Investigations, LLC, and live on the road. One of the reasons, I decided on an Infiniti was due to the excellent treatment I was given at Flemington Infiniti & by Ed, in service. I didn't want to lose my relationship I had with the. Over a month ago, I decided on the Infiniti Q-50, AWD. Michel R. Brandt, was my sales consultant-a National Award of Excellence Honoree. He has over 20 years+, selling the Infiniti brand. Through out the years of coming to Flemington Infiniti for service, I always wanted to purchase an infiniti from Michael. I felt he had the most knowledge & experience I could ever find. He was great through out the whole process-from start to finish. Michael Brandt made the Q-50 AWD affordable for me, because he took the time also to listen. In one month, my new Q-50 has over 2, 400 miles on it. I need a dependable car for my business. The 2000 1-30, which was passed down to me, has been the best car I have ever driven. It has 140,000 on it & still going strong. I plan on keeping this car for many more years. On the 2017 Q-50, the personal assistant is great. I have used this service several times for directions to go to the Miraculous Medal Shrine-German Town, a part of Philadelphia, PA, & it was the best I ever had in the past, with owning many different brands of cars.
