Dawn was Great I am family friends with a few local dealers (in PA), Infiniti in particular. I have purchased my last 7 Infiniti's from them, including a Q50 Red Sport in December. Since my warranty was about to expire I needed a new SUV quick. My local friends did not have any in stock. I searched within 75 miles of my home and found a car I liked at Flemington. Having friends in the business means I don't ever have to go through all the things everyone hates about dealers, so going to an unknown dealer is something I hate doing, and rarely do. Much to my surprise, I showed up at 10, was assigned to Dawn, we had a great talk about the car, and 30 minutes later the deal was done, and they were detailing my new QX80. If you aren't a big fan of the car buying experience, it's different at Flemington, they are great, it's worth the visit. Ask for Dawn! More

I'm in my 50s, and finally genuine customer service I live up in Northern NJ, far from Flemington. I have purchased from 3 other Infiniti dealerships in my life and none treated me as well as Flemingto I live up in Northern NJ, far from Flemington. I have purchased from 3 other Infiniti dealerships in my life and none treated me as well as Flemington, none even close, period. Customer satisfaction is their goal. It is a smaller place, feels more family like, that listens to your worries and gives you plenty of time without pressure. I have not purchased a used car in over 30 years, but was forced to, because I really wanted an Infiniti hard top convertible which they stopped making. I found a beautiful one online that Flemington had off lease, but Flemington is far for me. Dawn Taylor was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the car. It really felt close to a new car, certified used. We haggled a little, but frankly, nowadays used car prices are very open, and it was clear to me that both Dawn and Bob Morse made me a very fair deal right up front, fast, and an actual pleasant experience. Hard to believe right? Me too. They both took time to calm down my serious used car worries with a very reasonably priced extra 2 year warranty. All those hard top convertible moving pieces still scare me. They assured me that Flemington itself had serviced this vehicle since day 1. They gave me top dollar for my older Infiniti sedan trade in, and soon I was driving home in a new convertible. The story goes on though. The drivers door lock was sticking sometimes. Bob says ok, no problem at all, and immediately sent their driver all the way to me, Ridgewood NJ with a new loaner car, and he took my convertible back to Flemington. 2 days later my fixed Convertible was driven back to me, and the driver took back the loaner car. Free. Mind you, again, I live far away from them. I felt like a Celebrity. I was told for warranty issues like that, or longer service items, they are happy to schedule that for customers as they have a driver on staff. What? Like uh Wow! Can you say that again please? Can it be true? Yes, it is. I have never had such service in my life from any other Auto dealer. Ask yourself now, have you? That's called going the next step to get the business. For my next Infiniti purchase, I will be making that far drive south to Flemington. Now hopefully Infiniti will make a new convertible again....... More
