INFINITI of Flemington (Ciocca)

I have been dealing with Flemington Infinity since 2002. In 2002, I bought a QX4 from Flemington Infinity which I still own with 195,000 miles. This year, my wife and I decided to buy a new car and in October I went to Flemington Infinity to check out the new cars. Patti gavel me quick tour through the models she thought my wife would like....Q50, QX60, QX70 and Q70. When I came back with my wife, we met George Chalikis. George arrange a test drive on the QX60 and the Q70L. My wife could not decide what she liked, the Q60, Q70 or the Q70L. After several visits to the showroom, George was great, very patient, my wife decided on the Q70L and the color she wanted. She wanted a 2017 Q70L Graphite Shadow. George secured one coming in in March. Wife and I are very pleased with all the help and patience we received from George. More

Just a nice bunch of car people I just picked up a new Infiniti QX30 S from Flemington Infiniti. I contacted them thru Cars.com and quickly got a response from Patti letting me know I just picked up a new Infiniti QX30 S from Flemington Infiniti. I contacted them thru Cars.com and quickly got a response from Patti letting me know the car was available and if I had any questions. I asked a few questions which she quickly answered. Very professional and nice. When it became apparent that I was seriously looking for a car she smoothly handed me off to Steve Kiley who answered questions regarding my trade in and pricing questions. As it got later in the day Steve and I discussed coming to the dealership and test driving the car. As Steve was leaving for the day he introduced me to Ryan Orsi in sales. Ryan was very accommodating and we set up a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership the car I was interested in was spotlessly clean and sitting outside so I could look it over and ask questions. It was very clear that Ryan was a car guy like me so I asked more in depth questions about the vehicle and he had all of the answers. We took the car out for a nice test drive and when we returned I decided to buy the car. At this point I worked with Ryan and David in Finance. All of the paperwork reflected exactly what we discussed over the phone and signing the paperwork went very smoothly. I was particularly impressed by how little actual hardcopy paperwork I received from the transaction. Many of the signatures required were captured electronically. Very cool. Overall I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. From start to end the process was clear, professional and accomidating. I would highly recommend buying from Flemington Infiniti and their awesome team. BTW - Loving the new QX30s. Thanks!!! More

Excellent dealer and best run class salesman Over my driving career I have dealt with many dealerships and salesmen in buying and leasing new cars. We first me George when we were considering a QX 60 in 2014 versus Accura , BMW and Lexus . George took the time to have us test drive the car and explain every detail about the car. we decided to work with George and Flemington Infiniti because of George Chalikis. . When our lease was up and we were once again looking for a new 2017 we went back to George who was able to work with us....end result is that we just got a new 2017 QX 60. George is the best, most responsible and conscientious car salesmen that I have worked with over my driving career . More
