They deliver what they have promised in e-mail on price, discount and even my trade-in vehicle value, never play games with me, or try to take advantage of me knowing that I came from far away and ready to make the purchase with a trade-in that night. I wanted to change the lease term to 15K/year from the original quote of 10K/year the morning when I drove down to sign the contract (I put in a deposit of $1000 the night before), not a problem, numbers were recalculated immediately and contract reprinted, still the best price based on my homework. They deliver best service you can expect. Alex found an accessory of my car seat from my trade-in vehicle right before I was about to leave. He answered every one of my questions patiently, friendly and professionally. One minor glitch happened to my new QX60, he got it fixed and offered me a car wash. More

Friendly & Outstanding Service Let's face it, everyone has a budget. I had a budget when I needed to Buy and also Lease a car recently and stopped by the Flemington Infiniti Dealer Let's face it, everyone has a budget. I had a budget when I needed to Buy and also Lease a car recently and stopped by the Flemington Infiniti Dealership. The gave me the appraisal I wanted for my two trade-in's without any back and forth. The appraisal was above what three additional dealerships were providing. I was able to get the cars I wanted at the right price. I look forward to dealing with them in the future once my lease is up for. Friendly with outstanding service. If I had to suggest an improvement, my only comment would be to speed up the closing process, given it was lengthy (but then again, getting two cars I can understand). Thanks again. More

Painless process I just bought a certified preowned infiniti from this dealer and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I have purchased infinities from o I just bought a certified preowned infiniti from this dealer and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I have purchased infinities from other dealers before and it was a night and day difference. They offered me a fair price and had the car ready in a short period of time. The car was completely detailed inside and out with the exception of a very small ding from another car however they said they will take care of it on a friday of my choice when their bodywork guy comes in. I will be back at this dealer to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks again Michael! More

Third purchase at Flemington Infiniti! My lease was nearing its end and having dealt with George in the past and being very pleased, I wanted to work with him again. George worked with me to get the best deal on my new lease and I am also looking to make a trade on my daughters car and I know that I can trust George in getting the best deal possible. It was once again, a positive experience at Flemington Infiniti, from working with George as well as Howard, both of which I felt are very honest, fair, and easy to work with. In closing my new lease with the financials, I worked with David and he was excellent to work with as well. I feel very comfortable in referring anyone to the sales people that I worked with, as they possess the honesty and integrity that is not always easy to find when purchasing a car.
