Quick, easy and affordable So my QX 60 of 6 months was hit in a parking lot last week. I had a huge scratch and a dent from the white car that struck the vehicle. I brought it So my QX 60 of 6 months was hit in a parking lot last week. I had a huge scratch and a dent from the white car that struck the vehicle. I brought it back to the dealership and they looked at it right away. They were able to get the white paint off the door quickly and I only waited 10 minutes. I brought the car back on Thursday to see the body shop guy. He rolled out the small dent that was left and the car once again, looks brand new. Michael Brandt, my salesman takes personal pride in the vehicles he sells. Not once did he make me feel like I was making a big deal out of something so small. He also made the appropriate arrangements to have the car fixed in a timely fashion. Thank you Michael and the guys at Flemington Infiniti for keeping my car looking new:) More

Upon our arrival, Alex Mayer introduced himself, got a few details and proceeded to take us for a test drive. Before we left the lot he explained, in detail, everything from top to bottom about the car. When we eventually decided on the Q50S, Alex, Steve Kiley and David Younan made our buying experience the best I have ever encountered when purchasing a new car. Alex Mayer, Dave Younan, Steve K Working with our sales team at Flemington Infiniti was without question the most pleasant experience we've ever had! Alex Mayer, Dave Younan, Steve Kiley and Denis O'Brien were courteous, knowledgeable, low pressure and above all else understanding of our situation. My wife and I test drove Infiniti, Lexus and Mercedes Benz. Alex was the most forthcoming of any salesperson of the three with information and details about the Q50; explaining all it could do with very little prompting if any from us at all. The dreaded "haggle" portion of the experience wasn't present at all. We got a very fair price and received a very fair amount for our trade-in. The showroom is clean. The staff is very friendly and professional both in appearance and action. We simply could not be happier with our purchase and our buying experience.
