Seamless Experience Made Possible by a Great Team I just leased the QX60, my third Infiniti. This process couldn't have gone any smoother! I can't say enough good things about my experience which I just leased the QX60, my third Infiniti. This process couldn't have gone any smoother! I can't say enough good things about my experience which was the result of the entire team from Alex, Patti, David, Steve and Denis. I called Patti only a week before and told her I was thinking of trading in my QX56. After talking through some options she got back to me with specific details right away. She also took several of my calls and always made me feel like she had time to answer all my questions. The transition to dealing with Alex just felt like more of the same. He really took the time to explain the process from trading in one car to leasing the other. When I finally meet Alex the day we went to receive the car his professionalism, warmth and attention to detail were paramount. He had a personal touch that was, simply put, relatable. Taking the time to go over every detail of how to operate the car, pairing three phones and answering 100 questions were just a few examples of how Alex made the experience perfect. I can say the same for David who took the time to explain the trade, the lease and the different packages we could add onto the lease. He made the financial process, which is often the least fun, an enjoyable one! The entire team worked seamlessly to give us an outstanding experience. I will so refer them to anyone I know is looking to get a new car. More

We live in southern NJ, and was worth the drive. It was truly a wonderful experience. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely professional, polite, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Flemington Infiniti and Alex our sales representative as well as his staff, David, Howard, Steve Dennis were great as well. They all went above and beyond the call of duty.
