I have also always taken my cars there for service (Edward is awesome). Whether buying a car or servicing your car, they just make it easy. Everything is done right the first time, and they treat you like gold. The purchase experience is seamless. They are transparent, I know I'm getting the best deal without having to negotiate, the paperwork is streamlined, and the delivery of the vehicle is always top-notch. He greatly assisted with starting the process by getting me approved for financing with the best possible conditions, he allowed me to test drive the vehicle and was very open and forthcoming with all of my inquires. I work about 80 hours a week and Alex happily fit into my busy schedule. He allowed me ample time to submit all of my documentation and even stayed until 10 PM (2 hours passed his scheduled time) when the great day came for me to pick up my vehicle.
