My experience with the Flemmington Infiniti dealership was a great one - friendly service from real people (not overly salesy salespeople) with little stress. All my needs were met in a timely fashion - as in you arent sitting there for hours and hours while your salesman goes and kicks his feet up in the managers office. Allen Conklin is a great guy - Professional, courteous, and a real human being (not the stereotypical car salesman). He's a guy you could sit and have a beer with, or three, for sure. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my purchase since this was my first Infiniti. Everyone on the Infiniti Flemmington team is professional, courteous and willing to help. Shopping for a vehicle has such a bad rep because of the sheer amount of unhelpful and snake-like dealerships and salespeople that are out there, but I am glad I ended up here for my purchase. I was at a few of the dealerships in the tri-county area and this by far was the best as far as price and flexibility to work with your budget. I had a slight issue with my brakes on my used vehicle and they took it in right away and gave me a courtesy vehicle (brand new 2015 infinit q50) to drive around while they attended to the problem. When I picked it up from the shop, it was cleaned again and I was given a detailed report of all their findings, charts and figures, as well as a thorough description and diagnosis and how they fixed the brakes. This was done at no expense to me and they are working beautifully. All facets of the process in buying my car were as easy as they could have made it, and I will be sure to tell all that I know to visit the Flemmington Infiniti dealer for their next purchase (or any of the dealerships apart of the Flemmington car/truck country family). As for my infiniti (Infiniti g37 coupe), I love that xxxx car - Im a young guy and this was my first luxury vehicle ive ever owned. They did a good job selling me as a future customer - you cant beat it for the performace/luxury amenities included. More

Car buying experience like no other.Respectful professionals I had been driving an H2 since 2003 and was considering another safe but less cumbersome vehicle. I had previously tried Mercedes and Range Rover, but I had been driving an H2 since 2003 and was considering another safe but less cumbersome vehicle. I had previously tried Mercedes and Range Rover, but stuck with the Hummer. I went to Flemington Infinity test driving, comparing on highways and bumpy roads as George was more than willing to do. At the end of the comparisons I felt extremely nervous because I just wasn't decided and thought "Oh no. Here comes the big close and it's really going to be uncomfortable." George was amazing, read my vibe and said "I understand it's a big decision". If he had been any less kind and respectful I would never have gone back. I DID go back.More comparison test drives and I confidently purchased the car which went from a "Good Deal" to a "Great Deal" with the cooperation of Howard the manager and final paperwork with David. Furthermore, George did a tremendous thorough job of explaining /demonstrating the cars features and has offered his future assistance with any questions. When I purchased the brand new Hummer and Mercedes SL 500 they basically just sent me on my way! This dealership will change your perception of car buying!! More
