We just purchased our third vehicle from Flemington Infiniti. We were on a waiting list for a QX60 however, we needed a vehicle and could not wait any longer. THERE IS NO REASON TO SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! ! This has been my 4th infiniti (5 cars total over the past 15yrs between my wife and i specifically interacting with Dave from the finance dept) and ! This has been my 4th infiniti (5 cars total over the past 15yrs between my wife and i specifically interacting with Dave from the finance dept) and EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE HAS BEEN FLAWLESS. In fact, Flemington Infiniti has been so good to my wife and I, that we ended up purchasing 2 Infiniti's ('19 Q50 & '19QX50) a few weeks ago. Robert (from the sales dept) has been my go to guy for 3 of my purchases. Not only is he helpful, knowledgeable and super detail oriented...he is also an extremely nice guy. Even though i haven't done business with anyone else in the sales dept; they have all been extremely helpful and welcoming every time my family and i walk through the door. Dave in the finance department is always fully transparent, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond what is required of him every time and is not pushy at all trying to sell additional services. He always finds a way to overcome any obstacle. Steve, in the management department, went above and beyond for us as repeat customers in order to make the transactions work. I seriously can't thank him enough!!! And that brings me to the service dept. I had interactions with Paul & Michael when a couple of things were discovered on one of the cars. Their responses were immediate, efficient & professional. The car was dealt with in a timely manner, loaner car was ready to go, multiple updates throughout the day and the issue was corrected. All in all...the honesty, transparency, respectfulness, employee reliability and follow through from every single person here is why i wont purchase a vehicle from another dealership. THE SERVICE THIS PLACE PROVIDES FROM INITIAL ENCOUNTER TO END OF SALE AND BEYOND IS TOP NOTCH!!! More
