The service is efficient and there's a reasonable waiting time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Ed kept me up-to-date on service status and needs. I have had both vehicles serviced exclusively at Flemington Infiniti, and both Edward and Paul are always so nice--so accomodating, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I typically see Edward when I come in, and he always thoroughly explains what is needed (and why) and then calls to go over anything else that they come across and recommend. I have NEVER had anything other than a great experience.
