They sold me a car with a blown head gasket that was four weeks ago. They’ve had my car for over three weeks and I can’t get through to anybody there to figure out what’s going on. Everybody you talk to you states they have nothing to do with it. And the guy who sells you the car absolutely won’t email you back or take any phone calls. I will never return here. More
Charles Romulus was very, very knowledgable and represented the Infiniti brand very well. He displayed a high level of care for me as the customer and pride for the brand. His customer sales servic represented the Infiniti brand very well. He displayed a high level of care for me as the customer and pride for the brand.
