I have only had great experiences with Infiniti of Memphis. I am so glad I made the decision to purchase my vehicles there. The customer service is beyond approach. Recently I had my 2018 q50 towed in for a snapped serpentine belt which is apparently common on these models. My service advisor Jody Wahlstrom was no help whatsoever , for one she was very condescen serpentine belt which is apparently common on these models. My service advisor Jody Wahlstrom was no help whatsoever , for one she was very condescending from the first day my car arrived and I never received any paperwork for the repairs but I was quoted 3k to replace my serpentine belt, idler pulley, and to realign the a/c compressor . After asking several questions about coverage from my warranties the price quoted initially went down to $750 but still no paperwork was received for the work that was supposed to be performed on my vehicle. A couple days later I received a notification from the service tracker saying my car was ready and so I drove 30minutes or more to find out my car wasn’t anywhere close to being done. I was then told by Wahlstrom via phone call that , that wasn’t her problem and that she’ll call when my car is ready, which is no way to talk to a customer . Infiniti of Memphis If I could give zero stars I would do so in heartbeat. More

Brought my Q50 in for 60K maintenance check. Maintenance work was performed as stated--Thank you that the maintenance technicians still perform great work !!! But my service advisor did not share with me that an alignment was performed with balance of tires. Other items were performed and they were discussed with me, but this items was not at any point. When I paid for my services I did not check my total against what the charge was being put through. There was a $20 overcharge and I am still waiting to hear back from my service advisor. Attention to detail is what separates the common dealership from a high end dealership. This takes much work and dedication on the part of the dealership on an ongoing basis. I am praying this service department will put the time into training their service advisors as to what it means to cover every detail with each customer. That communication----all communication --- is critically important. More

Service was once great in the past, no longer in the present. Service rep that once assisted my vehicle no longer works here. Needless to say, driving a luxury vehicle, the client would like to be servi present. Service rep that once assisted my vehicle no longer works here. Needless to say, driving a luxury vehicle, the client would like to be serviced professionally as well as with diligence. For starters, my service paperwork made incorrect statements in which I asked the rep a question to be guided in the right direction for assistance, my paperwork states I asked for this particular part for free; very false. Secondly, I mentioned that I needed to order this part, and rep stated that she had already ordered for me, which when I called parts department, that was also false. So, I gently placed my own order for this part for seeing that this wasn't being stated correctly in my paperwork, so surely and definitely that had not been taken care of as she stated. Parts department ordered it and I arrived for pick up with parts rep kindly assisting me where part should be placed. While my last service took place, I had a 11 month old and 8 year while I waited outside in a quiet cool area. Another employee informed me of my car being ready, not the rep that was working with me. When I arrived to her rep/office room to pay, she was shocked, not expecting to see me, but my vehicle was in the waiting line for over 30 mins. Lastly, this email is for awareness. Infiniti should be aware of having a third party with warranty's being offered with such fraudulent services. The IA American Warranty Group contract that I hold has been in effect since 7/28/2017. Might I add, that the contract provided has not been needed until recently, yet my husband paid an enrollment price of $949.00. There was a claim put in on July 5, 2022 for my Infiniti QX 80 that has entailed the worst service and processing that anyone could ever imagine in terms of a luxury SUV. This extended warranty is offered to clients, but does not provide the care for the clients as stated during enrollment, otherwise I know my spouse would have not added this for our vehicle. As simple as a windshield replacement, with all the correct information given and the service techs' message for needed replacement, my vehicle is still unserviced. My complaint is being extended further with Infiniti of Memphis and BBB for action to take effect if not for me, but for others in the future who may ever consider their waste of time in these poor services. More
