From reading prior service reviews, it appears that service level for older models has the tendency to be subpar. To be clear, I am in no way faulting the service reps. After a $1200 starter replacement in my vehicle, my vehicle was returned to me with a radio that no longer had volume. After returning the vehicle to diagnose the radio issue, I was told the starter replacement was not related and the recommendation was a $1400 replacement of the entire unit. It was simply “bad timing” according to the service rep. I declined the recommendation and requested thorough documentation that the starter replacement did not impact the radio via the service manager. That request was 8 days ago. I picked my car up on yesterday as I’ve decided to sell it and purchase a new car. Upon inspection of my car, there is significant damage to the dashboard from its removal to diagnose the radio issue. This impacts the resell value. And has certainly confirmed I will not be buying from this dealer and since they are the only dealer in Memphis, will not purchase an Infiniti for fear of another service delivery issue. More

Excellent, knowledgeable service. The service representatives are always pleasant and attentive. I enjoy that they work with concern and are always willing to listen. Was not pleased with my experience! I dropped my car off to have the recalls repaired and my navigational system. So I get a call stating they can't repair it because it's not gone out yet! I don't understand why you would wait for an electronical problem to get worse before repairing it?! I have proof of what's going on! More

Service above and beyond I purchased my Infiniti new in 2010. We have returned for service at prescribed intervals and have always been above and beyond pleased with the serv I purchased my Infiniti new in 2010. Blake Shook and the entire service department do their best to make the experience a pleasure. I have always felt they serviced my car with only what it needed, but would do whatever was needed to make my car safe and lasting. They have provided loaner cars and shuttle wherever we needed to go. The car is always returned in better shape than it left us, looking shiney and new again! It is a pleasure and we are so pleased to have Blake back on board to work with!!! When we are ready to purchase again (and the only reason we haven't already is we LOVE our car), we will definitely use Infiniti of Memphis for sales and service beyond any other place!!! More
