Prompt courteous I recently went to Infiniti to have an oil change and alignment. I have been to this location numerous times since purchasing my qx70 here. I had run I recently went to Infiniti to have an oil change and alignment. I have been to this location numerous times since purchasing my qx70 here. I had run over a pothole and had some minor damage to the plastic covering underneath the bumper. I had taken it to a local auto body ( not realizing that Infiniti of Nashua does this work). I scheduled work for two weeks later and would need to rent a car because the work would take 7 days. When I brought my car to Infiniti for my oil change Dennis greeted me and checked out the damage, got me into a loaner and in 36 hours did the oil change, alignment, detailed the car ( buffed out every scratch!!) , replaced the plastic covering , and did ac servicing. I saved a week of car rental ( and time). The process is so easy and convenient!!!! More

They listened and kept me informed from start to finish. Infiniti needed an extra day to source a part, they called me and extended the loaner so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.
