Just a note about the service at Infiniti of Nashua which we have enjoyed since 2006. When we made the move from a Lexus to an M35X, we met the team of Gus, Jack and Dale. We originally thought the Lexus service was impressive but it does not come close to the care we have received from the team at Nashua Infiniti. They have provided us with the best personal service as well as maintaining our cars. They are not only the service team for our cars but also have become friends. This type of personal service will keep us loyal to Nashua Infiniti. More
In 2003 I purchased a 1998 Infiniti Q45 with 85,000 miles. My vehicle is now approaching 275,000 miles and all of the service work has been done by Dale and his team at Infiniti of Nashua. Their work has been professional, honest, and very thorough. They have kept my vehicle running like a charm. And as far as great customer service is concerned one could not do better than dealing with Jack Korpey. While he really knows the Infiniti product line I believe that Jack's best attribute is his ability to work with the customer and make the whole customer service experience a pleasant and productive one. In summary I am extremely pleased with Infiniti of Nashua and I will continue to work with Jack, Dale, and their service team. More

I am a new customer to this dealer which was recommended by a close friend. The customer service provided by both Clair and John are outstanding. They make the time to fully explain in laymen's terms any issues or potential future issues discovered during my regular service visits. My experiences with Jack Korpi handling my service needs have been phenomenal... he is a rare gem in the auto service world. That's not to say that their other service advisors are not great, too! I have also experienced their excellent customer service skills. Jack just stands out as a truly genuine and caring individual, who always makes me feel like my vehicle is most important. Thanks, Jack! Whenever I call to schedule service, they fit me in as soon as possible... next day service once when I had a dead battery at the end of a work day! My expectations are always met and exceeded when my vehicle is serviced here. Thank you for opening this sales dealership and service department in Nashua!
