I have been using the Infinity of Nashua Service department since it opened for two Infinity vehicles that I owned. I moved to Infinity of Nashua because of very poor service (I had to return vehic department since it opened for two Infinity vehicles that I owned. I moved to Infinity of Nashua because of very poor service (I had to return vehicles for repairs that were not completed prpoerly on more than one occasion) that I had received at Kelly Infinity in Danvers, Ma. Infinity of Nashua Service folks (especially Jack and Chris) are very curtious and always take the time to explain issues in terms that I can understand; they take the time to look back over the vehicles service records as part of offering up advice before doing commencing any maintenance work; get vehicles returned when promised; and I have never had to have any work redone since moving to Infinity of Nashua. More
I bouught my G35x in 1/08 and have had nothing but great luck with it so far. I hvae brought it in twice for service (regular maintenance). On both occasions a loaner vehicle was available. We purchased our 2007 G35X in August 2007. We are extremely please with the performance of the car especially during winter. The all wheel drive is outstanding. Their professionalism, customer service interaction, always taking that extra step to ensure a top quality experience. The customer wait area is geared to ensuring you have all the amenities you need, coffee, soft drinks, television, wireless internet capability, plenty of magazines that meet the needs of women, men and children, and a child play area. This is a model that all customer service wait areas need to emulate. More
My experience with Infiniti of Nashua has been absolutely great. I could have purchased my 2004 FX35 from a dealer located much closer to my home, but decided on Infiniti of Nashua because of the overall sa great. I could have purchased my 2004 FX35 from a dealer located much closer to my home, but decided on Infiniti of Nashua because of the overall sales experience. I drive about 50,000 miles per year and currently have over 200,000 miles on my car. All those miles translate into a fair amount of regular maintenance service...mostly oil changes. In my opinion, the service department is second to none. I've owned other luxory cars and the service was generally good, but it was nothing compared to the treatment I've recieved from the guys at Infiniti of Nashua. Henry, Jack, Chris, and Gus are the best!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone...they're a first class operation. More
What a friendly bunch of people they have in the Infiniti of Nashua Service department. After I bought the G35 sports from then last July I was pleased to receive a visit from Claire from their customer aft of Nashua Service department. After I bought the G35 sports from then last July I was pleased to receive a visit from Claire from their customer after sales dept. She took over 2 hours to show me how to work the technology I thought i'd figured out. There is a lot of technology in that car and I was impressed by her extensive knowledge of everything about the car. I thought I'd stumped her with a question on bluetooth/address book downloading/and my Motorola KAZR, but she had an answer for that too! Sometime later I had a follow up call explain the answer to an obscure question I had about "Ripping" MP3 CDs. Moving ahead to my first service call; what a pleasure that was! I was greated my a friendly guy who took some details and was show the waiting room. I was pleased to beable to connect to their wireless network to carry on working. 45 minutes later I was told my car was ready. They also cleaned my car too! That was a nice surprise. My second visit was 3 weeks ago and the service was just as good. What was interesting was chatting to some of the people waiting for their cars. I told them I was suprised how friendly the staff were in this overworked, underpaid day and age and they remarked they had been coming here for years and actually looked forward to it. They knew most of the staff my first names, I'm not there yet. But I'm looking forward to my next visit. The last service person I dealt with was Chris Holt. I forgot the first service guy I dealt with, it could be Bob or Geoff. More
