Infiniti of Northern Kentucky valet service worked out perfectly for me. I'm a remote worker and the valet texted me when he arrived to pick up and deliver my vehicle. I enjoy the NKY dealership and the service I receive, its so easy to make an appointment! They take very good care of my vehicle, don't waste my time and treat me very well! I will say that the tail light that I had replaced was more expensive than getting my rear brakes serviced which was kind of ridiculous! More importantly, to me this indicates a problem with Infiniti's "replacement parts model" and is not the fault of this dealership. More
