Very Smooth Transaction I was purchasing from out of town, we did all communication over phone & email. Once I arrived, the car was ready for me. Not very good 1) Made appointment online and stated I needed a shuttle ride. Arrived at appointment and learned there was no shuttle and also no loaner cars. They offered to have a driver to go with me in my car to my place of employment drop me off and take the car back to the dealer. Service manager said he would put gas in my car for compensation. Driver returned car dropped keys at counter and left. When i went to leave saw no gas was added to tank as stated. My car was washed poorly and no vacuuming was done as stated on invoice. Paid $13.55 for a $3.00 key fob battery. Paid $15.00 shop charge that was not stated in estimate. More
